Our understanding of preform requirements enables us to provide assistance in all areas: helping you choose the preform in terms of cost and market availability; reviewing existing designs to optimize preform weight, package properties and process performance; design input for the mould manufacturer; and assistance in locating the best preform supplier.
Designing the perfect mould
Using 3D CAD, we can create a virtual mould prototype, test it, and simulate its performance. It can thus be optimized for maximum productivity and cost efficiency before any metal is cut. The finalized mould is then used to create sample packages on a test production line to ensure perfect mould performance upon delivery.
Service and support: nobody responds like we do
Optimizing your package for trouble-free production is vital, and we offer a number of services designed to achieve just that: we undertake a full range of container quality tests for strength, impact resistance, UV degradation, O2 permeation etc; we provide support for your production team and help optimize your blow-moulding production set-up for maximum efficiency; and we offer on-site and on-line support plus machine assistance via modem.
