We have developed a unique solution that resists the rigours of hot filling, first by blowing PET bottles in hot moulds (mould temperature approx. 130°C for a filling temperature of 85°C), and then by introducing cold air (balayage) to cool the inside of the container during the final stage of the blow-moulding process.
